I’ve been inspired by the release of The Sufferfest’s Angels training video! Here’s my periodised training plan chart for 2010/2011.
I may or may not put this into spreadsheet form. Perhaps I’ll continue with my approach of devising my weekly microcycles and then posting them to my calendar. We’ll see.
But this is the most important stuff here. I will write up some session specifications, I think, and will post them for general reference.
